This role begins by mastering the fundamentals of world-class food and beverage service and customer experience, with a transparent pathway to becoming an Outlet Manager and eventually leading multiple stores.

What You’ll Do
Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds guest expectations.
Welcome customers with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
Learn our menu and confidently recommend products based on customer needs.
Prepare and serve beverages and food according to brand standards.
Ensure speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and quality in every order.
Maintain outstanding hygiene and presentation throughout the store.
Support inventory management, merchandising, and daily operations.
Assist in achieving sales targets and creating memorable customer experiences.
Learn leadership, people management, and operational excellence alongside experienced managers.
