Job Description
Chandigarh University is hiring Senior Admission Counselors who are passionate about student counseling and skilled in lead conversion. The role involves handling student inquiries, cold calling, and converting leads into successful admissions.
Roles & Responsibilities
Make 100+ outbound calls per day to prospective students
Handle cold calling and follow-up calls on assigned leads
Counsel students regarding university programs and admission processes
Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed admissions
Maintain and update student data on CRM accurately
Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversion performance
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets
Key Skills & Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Admission Counselor
Experience in Education / EdTech industry preferred
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Strong background in tele-sales and lead conversion
Comfortable working in a target-driven, rapid-paced workplace
