Role
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build solid client relationships. This is a full time, in office role based in Noida .
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Conduct client meetings, property presentations, site visits, and negotiations.
Build long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
Monitor market trends and prepare sales reports.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in real estate sales.
Strong knowledge of the Noida/Delhi NCR real estate market .
Proven sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline (MBA is a plus).
Location: A-70, Ground Floor, Sector-2, Noida
