The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead TM should have:
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in HR with implementation of succession planning, talent management frameworks and change management
Robust knowledge of talent management practices and frameworks in the financial services sector.
Proven experience in designing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
