Job Title: Title Examiner

Experience Required: 1+ years of experience in US Title Examiner experience on COS, TOS, FS.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Title Examiner with 1+ year of experience in COS, TOS, and Full Search, skilled in reviewing chain of title, liens, and ownership details. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Fidler, Landex, and Ecclix.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform COS, TOS, and Full Title Searches for multiple states.
Review chain of title, ownership history, liens, judgments, and encumbrances.
Identify title defects and verify Property in Question (PIQ) details.
Prepare accurate title search reports within SLA timelines.
Use tools like Fidler, Landex, and Ecclix for title search and analysis.
Ensure compliance with client and state-specific guidelines

Qualifications:
Minimum 1+ year of experience in Title Examination (COS, TOS & Full Search)
Hands-on experience with Fidler, Landex, and Ecclix
Robust knowledge of chain of title, liens, judgments, and encumbrances.
Robust communication and attention to detail.
