The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.

Roles & Responsibilities
Make Presentations, Drawings, Tender, BOQ

a. Create concept, schematic, detailed design presentations

b. Create drawings in CAD as per project stages

c. Make models, renders in Photoshop, Google SketchUp

d. Make BOQs, Tenders in MS Office

e. Make schedule, MOMs of meetings held with clients & contractors

f. Modify, update, improve or tweak the presentations, workings, BOQs, Tenders regularly.
Material selection shopping as may be required

a. For projects under your management, you must accompany the clients for the material selections and be willing to accommodate this activity into your schedule.
Site Execution monitoring / working & Site visits as required

a. For projects under your management,



you would be required to visit your sites once a week or as required.

b. Conducting weekly or bi-weekly project reviews with contractor, Daily Project Monitoring, Certify work & bills as per site progress.

c. Make & Check Site reports basis work progress.
Coordinate and follow up with vendors, contractors, clients, speciality consultants as per project needs.
Comply with commitments on deliverables to clients and following up on the same.
You would require you to ensure that the firm has been honouring its commitments to its clients. This would apply to design and construction deliverables.
Visit furniture workshops and factories to ensure the highest standard of finish and quality.
You may be required to periodically visit the workshops/ factories to ensure attention to finer details and proportions.
Any other project work assigned by the Principal or Administrator.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree 2 to 6 years of experience in related field Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite
Robust creative and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to execute
