Infinity Learn by Sri Chaitanya is looking for a passionate and results-driven Team Lead – Customer Success to lead a high-performing team responsible for student onboarding, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Executives.
Drive seamless student onboarding and activation.
Improve student engagement, retention, and renewal rates.
Handle customer escalations, refund requests, and parent concerns.
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, MIS reports, and operational dashboards.
Collaborate with Academic, Sales, and Operations teams to enhance the student experience.
Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews,



and team development initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Student Support, or EdTech Operations.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Team Lead or people management role.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Experience in onboarding, customer retention, and escalation management.
Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and MIS reporting.
Strong leadership, ownership, and stakeholder management skills.
