Conduct technical & commercial risk assessment, scenario analysis, and identify gaps, deviations, and mitigation plans before bid submission.
Provide timely inputs to Leadership team regarding technical compliance status, competition analysis, risk factors, commercial exposure, and bidding strategy for final price approval.
Coordinate with AE, Planning, Purchase, Services & other concerns teams for weight tender requirement, approval & offering for tenders.




Upload tender documents, technical files, BOQs, and supporting documents on GeM & other e-tendering portals within specified deadlines while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Handle bid participation activities including reverse auction, L1 comparison, bid revision & catalog management activities.
Prepare comparative statements, technical evaluation summaries, bid status reports, business performance data, and MIS reports for management review.
Identify prospects for process improvement and implement best practices to improve efficiency, technical accuracy, and effectiveness of the bidding process.
Monitor inventory of required tender sample meter, coordinate with sales & planning, Production team as per tender requirement.
Support front sales teams for pre-bid meetings, customer discussions, technical clarifications, and post-order coordination activities for smooth project execution.
