Role Description The PRIMARY COORDINATOR is a full-time, on-site role based at Pallavi International School, Singapore Township, Hyderabad. This role oversees the academic and co-curricular program for primary grades, ensuring effective implementation of Cambridge and CBSE curriculum. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and reviewing lesson plans, monitoring classroom instruction, supporting teachers through mentoring and feedback, and coordinating assessments and reporting.



The coordinator works closely with school leadership to align teaching strategies with school standards, organizes parent interactions and meetings, and ensures a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning setting. The role also involves leading academic initiatives, supporting career development for staff, and maintaining consistent communication with teachers, students, and families.
Qualifications
Strong classroom teaching experience at primary level and familiarity with Cambridge and CBSE curricula.
Proven ability in academic coordination, lesson planning, assessment design, and curriculum implementation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to guide and support teaching staff.
Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple classes, schedules, and school activities.
Commitment to child-centered, inclusive education and holistic development of learners.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field; formal training in primary education is preferred.
Experience in academic administration or a prior coordinator role is an advantage.
Comfort with using basic educational technology and school management systems for planning and reporting.
