About Client- Manufacturing and Distribution of Cleaning Tools

Position: Area Sales Manager - CSD

Location: Chennai

Reporting To: Sales Manager, CSD

Criteria:

Graduate with 3+ years’ experience in CSD Sales.

Specific Skills and Knowledge:
Target Oriented
Ready to travel as per territory assigned.
Customer Relationship Management.
Ensure timely Receivables and Recertification.
Service Provider Management
Coverage (Store)
Proficiency in MS Office & Advanced Excel

Interactions (Internal &External;)

Internal:



Sales Manager, Sales team colleagues, Sales Coordinator, Accounts, Finance and Logistics team, Human Resources

External: Service Providers, CSD Depot Officials, URC Managers or other representatives, FMCG company representatives in CSD Sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Create an action plan for achieving the Sales targets in their territory and execute the plan with the help of the Service Providers.
Personally build relationships with the Top URCs (Unit-run Canteens) in its territory. This will be achieved by following a Permanent Journey Plan (PJP).
Ensure that the products are available on the shelves in the URCs.
Ensure that the merchandising of the products is done on the shelves in the URCs.
Will report to the concerned Reporting manager timely as per specific format.

Additional Responsibilities:
Will coordinate for the timely delivery of the orders to the Depots.
Timely recovery of the receivables and Recertifications.
Will share Market information with the Manager about Current Product listings, promotions, etc.
Lead in the Recent Product Introduction and Price Revision by coordinating the Market Survey.
