Qualification - Dairy Technology
KRA:
Quality Control: Conduct tests on raw and pasteurized milk to monitor acidity, fat content, and bacterial levels.
Product Development: Formulate and innovate recent dairy items like yogurt, cheese, butter, and flavored milk.
Process Management: Oversee operations at processing plants, ensuring safety, hygiene, and environmental compliance.
Supply Chain: Monitor the secure storage, preservation, and physical distribution of finished goods
