Client-Facing Expectations for Modernization Consultant
The Modernization Consultant role will be client-facing and will also involve interaction with AWS stakeholders.
The role can be considered roughly 50% technical / 50% client communication.
Excellent communication skills
Robust ability to handle customer conversations assertively
Capability to identify issues, direct calls effectively, escalate appropriately, and manage communication with both customers and AWS
