We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the film and media industry and a solid understanding of post-production workflows. This role is responsible for managing all inbound sales inquiries, converting qualified leads into paying clients, and building long-term relationships that drive repeat business.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to all incoming sales inquiries (internal channels).
Qualify leads to determine if their needs align with our services and capabilities.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM database with all client interactions and project details.
Collaborate with the technical and creative teams to prepare accurate and compelling proposals and project quotes.
Negotiate project terms and pricing to successfully close sales deals.
Build and nurture solid, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business.
Gather client feedback and relay it to internal teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.




Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to the management team.
Conduct thorough discovery calls and meetings to understand the client's creative vision, project scope, budget, and timeline.
Act as a consultant, guiding clients on the best post-production solutions to meet their goals.

Qualifications
Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in marketing, communication
.Proven experience 2 years at least as a sales executive, business development, or client-facing role, preferably within the film, media, or creative services industry
.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
Proficiency in CRM software
.A solid understanding of the post-production workflow, including editing, sound design, color correction, and VFX
.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
