Role Overview

The Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for driving demand generation strategies, managing a team of demand generation specialists, and ensuring the consistent delivery of qualified leads through targeted outreach and marketing initiatives. This role combines hands-on execution with team leadership, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the Demand Generation team, ensuring productivity and achievement of individual and team KPIs.
Assign, monitor, and review daily outreach activities across LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
Develop and execute demand generation strategies to generate high-quality B2B leads.
Identify and target potential clients through LinkedIn outreach and other digital platforms.
Manage HubSpot CRM to track campaigns,



monitor lead pipelines, and analyze conversion metrics.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless lead nurturing and qualification.
Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and training to enhance team capabilities.
Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and implement data-driven improvements to maximize ROI.
Establish and refine demand generation processes, SOPs, and best practices for scalable growth.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and present insights to leadership.

Requirements
7–10 years of experience in Demand Generation, B2B Marketing, or Lead Generation.
At least 3–4 years of experience managing or mentoring a team.
Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn outreach strategies.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
Solid analytical, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in campaign planning, lead qualification, and performance optimization.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven workplace while balancing strategic planning with execution.
