Role Description The Head of Architecture is a full time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for leading the architectural vision and execution across multiple integrated township projects. This role oversees end-to-end architectural design, from concept development and master planning to detailed design and coordination with engineering, construction, and interior design teams.

Day-to-day activities include reviewing and refining design proposals, ensuring alignment with project themes and smart city principles, guiding architectural standards and best practices, and collaborating with stakeholders to balance aesthetics, functionality, sustainability, and cost. The Head of Architecture will hire, mentor and manage the architecture team, coordinate with external consultants, and ensure compliance with local regulations, feasibility, safety codes, and environmental considerations.
Incumbent will be required to travel every week to the project site.
Master planning expertise is a must.
Incumbent should be comfortable with extended work hours.
