Job Title: Sales Manager – Real Estate Sales

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Generate and convert leads through various channels including referrals, digital platforms, channel partners and direct marketing.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Conduct project presentations, site visits and client meetings.

Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, investors, corporate clients and channel partners.




Understand client requirements and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support.
Maintain an updated client database and sales pipeline.

Business Development
Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Develop strategic alliances with brokers, consultants and channel partners.
Participate in events and networking activities, independently.
Discuss on market intelligence and competitor analysis to management.

Required Qualifications
Graduate/Post Graduate.
Basic/Robust understanding of real estate market dynamics.
