Role Description The Hardware Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based at the Blum Experience Centre in Bengaluru. The individual will engage with walk-in customers, interior designers, architects, and dealers to demonstrate hardware products, explain technical features, and recommend suitable solutions for their projects. Daily responsibilities include conducting product presentations, creating quotations, following up on leads, and closing sales while maintaining accurate records in the sales system. The role also involves coordinating with the operations and logistics teams for order processing, providing post-sales support, and gathering customer feedback.



The Hardware Sales Representative is expected to contribute to showroom upkeep, participate in events or training sessions, and consistently represent the brand with professional, customer-focused behavior.
Qualifications
Proven sales and customer relationship skills, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Basic technical understanding of hardware or building materials, and willingness to learn detailed product specifications.
Robust communication and presentation skills to interact confidently with customers, designers, and other stakeholders.
Ability to work on-site full-time in Bengaluru, manage time effectively, and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
Prior experience in retail, showroom sales, interior design, furniture hardware, or related fields is an advantage.
Comfort with using computers and digital tools for quotations, documentation, and customer records.
Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma or degree in business, marketing, interior design, or a related discipline is preferred.
Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and a customer-centric mindset, with the capacity to work in a team setting.
