Role Description The Clinical Research Coordinator is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad. This position involves coordinating and managing clinical studies from initiation to close-out, including participant recruitment, screening, and scheduling. The coordinator will oversee informed consent procedures, maintain study documentation,



and ensure adherence to study protocols and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include data collection and entry, monitoring study progress, communicating with investigators and sponsors, and assisting with ethics committee submissions. The role also requires ensuring participant safety, resolving operational issues, and supporting audits and quality assurance activities.

Qualifications
Demonstrated clinical research experience, including exposure to clinical trials and study coordination.
Strong understanding of informed consent processes and ethical guidelines in human subject research.
Ability to interpret and implement study protocols, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
Solid research skills, including data collection, documentation, and basic data analysis.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and local regulatory frameworks (e.g., CDSCO requirements).
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and readiness to work in office in Ahmedabad.
