The organisation operates multiple consumer-focused fintech products and is focused on building scalable, technology-led financial solutions with a strong emphasis on growth, customer experience and innovation.

Position Summary

We are looking for a VP – Growth to drive end-to-end growth across multiple consumer fintech products. The leader will own the complete growth engine across:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end GTM planning and execution

• Define customer segments, positioning, channel mix and rollout strategy

• Own growth-linked business outcomes and unit economics

• Drive acquisition strategy across paid and organic channels

• Build engagement, lifecycle marketing and retention strategies

• Improve the funnel from install → application → disbursal → retention





• Establish robust attribution and performance measurement frameworks

• Drive experimentation and scale successful growth initiatives

• Orchestrate execution across Marketing, Product, Tech, Data and Business teams

• Act as the central growth integrator and present growth narratives to leadership

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in Growth, Marketing or Business Strategy

• Experience in Fintech, Lending or Consumer Internet

• Robust understanding of CAC, ROAS, Payback Period and Contribution Margin

• Demonstrated experience owning business outcomes, not just channel metrics

• Robust experience in cross-functional GTM execution

• Ability to influence and operate effectively in matrixed organisations

• Robust analytical mindset with a bias for action
