Role Description

As a Manager – Statutory Audit , you will lead audit engagements from planning to completion while ensuring compliance with applicable auditing and accounting standards. You will manage client relationships, mentor audit teams, and work closely with senior leadership to deliver high-quality audit services across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage statutory audit engagements for corporate and other business entities.
Review financial statements and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Plan, execute, and monitor audit assignments, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Supervise, mentor,



and develop audit teams.
Identify key business and financial risks and recommend practical solutions.
Coordinate with clients, resolve audit queries, and build long-term qualified relationships.
Ensure compliance with Standards on Auditing (SAs), Companies Act, and other applicable regulations.
Prepare and review audit documentation, reports, and management letters.
Support partners in client management, business development, and practice growth initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in Statutory Audit.
Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, and Standards on Auditing.
Experience in handling multiple audit assignments independently.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Robust communication and report-writing abilities.
Ability to lead teams and manage client engagements effectively.
