We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Area Manager to lead our Health Insurance sales operations in Chandigarh. Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and achieve assigned business targets within the territory.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of field sales professionals to ensure high performance.
Expand and strengthen distribution through agency, direct, and partner channels.
Build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers.




Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve productivity.
Analyze market trends and identify current business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 5 years of experience in Health Insurance sales.
Minimum 5 years of experience in team handling.
Robust understanding of Health Insurance products and distribution channels.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
