We are urgently looking for an experienced Project Manager - ServiceNow (Hyderabad / Pune) to lead the successful delivery of ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, and transformation projects within a large enterprise workplace(Financial Services). The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end ServiceNow programmes, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives.

Key Skills
8+ years of experience in Project Management , with at least 3 years delivering ServiceNow projects in Financial Services
Manage end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB , Service Catalog, HRSD, CSM, or related modules.
Work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and Infrastructure teams to define project scope, priorities, and delivery plans.
Lead project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid delivery methodologies, including sprint planning,



stand-ups, RAID logs, and stakeholder reporting.
Coordinate third-party vendors, implementation partners, and offshore/onshore delivery teams.
Ensure successful delivery of integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms using REST APIs, Azure, Active Directory, SAP, or other business systems.
Track project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests while ensuring delivery against agreed milestones.
Experience handling Banking and Financial Service projects
Drive user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment planning, release management, and production go-live activities.
Ensure projects comply with ITIL best practices, governance, security, and organisational standards.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to engage senior business and technical stakeholders.
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.
