We are looking for an experienced real estate qualified with 4–8+ years of experience in real estate sales and a minimum of 2 years of team handling experience. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of Client Advisors, and ensuring business targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Client Advisors assisting customers in purchasing new homes.
Ensure all leads are effectively worked upon and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and team performance metrics.
Monitor and improve sales conversion rates through regular reviews and coaching.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and channel partners.
Participate in field visits and support the team in driving sales closures.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales plans for the assigned cluster.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
Analyze business challenges, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Share regular performance updates and business insights with senior management.
Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
