Role & Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize, draft, and visualize architectural designs
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models with high-quality photo-realistic renderings.
• Assist in design development, material selection, and presentations
• Coordination with site teams, contractors, and vendors
Who We’re Looking For:
• Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating robust design intuition, spatial understanding, and visual presentation skills.
• Software Proficiency:
o AutoCAD, SketchUp
o Rendering: Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, or D5 Render
o Presentation: Photoshop & Canva
• Mindset: Passionate, proactive, eager to learn, and excited to leverage digital platforms to share your work.
