Role Objective
Generate qualified business opportunities by understanding client requirements, introducing Advaita Ads’ performance advertising consultation services and scheduling meetings with decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients through online research, Google Maps, LinkedIn, business directories and referrals.
Contact business owners and decision-makers through calls, emails, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
Understand the prospect’s business, advertising challenges, target audience and growth objectives.
Qualify leads based on business requirements, budget, decision-making authority and campaign readiness.
Schedule performance advertising consultation meetings.
Explain Advaita Ads’ services in a consultative and professional manner.
Follow up with prospects after meetings and proposals.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the CRM.
Coordinate with the Business Development Manager for proposals, presentations and closures.
Achieve weekly and monthly qualified-meeting and revenue targets.
Re-engage inactive, previous and lost prospects.
Candidate Requirements
BBA or MBA in Marketing preferred.
Freshers with solid communication skills may apply.
Previous experience in business development, digital marketing, advertising or B2B sales is an advantage.
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable with calling, follow-ups and client interaction.
Understanding of digital marketing or performance advertising is preferred.
Target-driven and disciplined approach.
Basic knowledge of CRM, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Ability to understand business challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
Telugu, English, Tamil or Hindi communication skills are an advantage depending on the location.
