Business Development Executive – US Market

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth in the US market . The ideal candidate will have experience in international sales, lead generation, cold outreach, and client relationship management. This role focuses on identifying current business prospects, building a strong sales pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities
Research the US market to identify potential clients, industry trends, and business opportunities.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, and other outreach channels.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Conduct discovery calls, deliver compelling sales presentations, and nurture prospects throughout the sales cycle.
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and support deal closures.




Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to achieve business development goals.
Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance metrics.

What We're Looking For
2–5 years of experience in international business development or sales, preferably with US or Australian clients.
Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and outbound sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic sales reporting.
Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently in a target-oriented environment.
Experience in the outsourcing, qualified services, or B2B services industry will be an added advantage.
