What you will do?
Talk to customers every day across calls, WhatsApp, and email, and turn interest into orders
Own the in-house CRM: log every lead, update every stage, and keep the pipeline clean enough that anyone can read it
Qualify and follow up on inbound leads from ads, the app, and the website without letting anything go cold
Handle high-value enquiries on original paintings and collector pieces with the patience and detail those buyers expect
Build repeat relationships with buyers, collectors, gift clients, and corporate accounts
Onboard new artists and vendors, walk them through listings, pricing, and dispatch, and stay their point of contact after
Pull weekly numbers on leads, conversions, and revenue, and flag what is working and what is stuck
Take calls on discounts,



follow-up priority, and order issues within agreed limits, and escalate only what genuinely needs it

Who we are looking for?
0 to 2 years in sales, inside sales, business development, or customer success. Freshers who can sell will be considered
Clear, confident spoken and written English and Hindi. Any additional Indian language is a plus
Comfort with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and keeping data accurate without being chased for it
Someone who listens before pitching, because our customers buy art, not products
Judgement to make small decisions independently and the sense to know which ones are not yours to make
Organised under volume: multiple leads, multiple artists, multiple orders in the same week
A genuine love for art, culture, and storytelling. If Indian folk art excites you, even better
