Role Overview

The candidate should have 12+ years of overall IT experience , with proven expertise in managing large-scale transition programs. We are seeking an experienced Transition Project Manager with a solid background in Transition Management, Program Management, Delivery Management, Stakeholder Management, and Technical Hiring .

Key Responsibilities
Define and execute transition plans aligned with hiring, onboarding, and project ramp-up timelines.
Robust understanding of software development lifecycle and enterprise application technologies.
Ensure role demand planning is synchronized with transition phases such as Knowledge Transfer (KT), Shadow Support, Reverse Shadow, and Go-Live .
Act as the primary liaison between Delivery, Recruitment, and Client stakeholders to ensure timely resource fulfillment.




Drive end-to-end governance of transition activities, including planning, tracking, reporting, risk management, and issue resolution.
Manage stakeholder communications by providing regular updates on hiring status, transition readiness, risks, and mitigation plans.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience managing large-scale transition programs in IT Services or GCC settings.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams across Delivery, Recruitment, HR, and Client stakeholders.
Experience with Agile project delivery and transition governance frameworks.
