Position: Ticketing Executive – Domestic & International

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Ticketing Executive with strong knowledge of domestic and international air ticketing operations. The candidate should be capable of handling flight reservations, fare quotations, ticket issuance, reissues, cancellations, refunds, and customer coordination while providing excellent service to clients.

Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international flight bookings through GDS systems.
Provide flight options, fare comparisons, and travel solutions to customers.
Issue, reissue, cancel, and refund airline tickets as per airline policies.
Manage PNR creation, ticketing, fare rules, baggage allowances, and schedule changes.
Handle customer queries related to flight timings, fares, visas, travel documents,



and airline procedures.
Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and suppliers for ticketing-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in domestic and international air ticketing.
Experience working in a travel agency / TMC environment.
Valuable knowledge of GDS systems such as:
Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre (any one or more preferred)
Solid knowledge of airline fare rules, ticketing procedures, and refund policies.

· Positive understanding of international destinations and airline routes.

· Excellent communication and customer handling skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
· Good computer skills (MS Office, email communication, online portals).
