Role Description This full-time, in office Sales Executive role is based in the Pune Division. The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with corporate and retail clients, and promoting Paripoorn Foods’ millet-based snacks. Daily activities include conducting client meetings, presenting product offerings, preparing proposals,



negotiating terms, and closing sales. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to support customized orders, tracking sales performance, and providing market feedback to help refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
Strong skills in client relationship management, lead generation, and B2B/B2C sales.
Ability to conduct product presentations, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
Competence in basic sales reporting, use of CRM tools, and market analysis.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.
Prior experience in FMCG, food products, or corporate gifting is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Familiarity with the Pune market and willingness to travel within the division as needed.
