SAACH Travel Technologies LLP is hiring a creative and customer-focused Social Media, Community & Reputation Manager to manage the online presence of multiple travel brands across North America.
Key Responsibilities
Develop social media strategies and content calendars.
Create engaging social media content and captions.
Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other platforms.
Build and engage online communities.
Monitor and manage Google Reviews and Trustpilot.
Respond to customer queries and online feedback.
Analyze campaign performance and customer sentiment.
Coordinate influencer and community partnerships.
Requirements
2–5 years of Social Media or Community Management experience.
Excellent written English skills.
Experience with Meta Business Suite.
Experience managing Google Business Profiles and Trustpilot.
Experience working with U.S. brands preferred.
Travel industry experience is an advantage.
