We are looking for a agile and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our GSP vertical at upGrad. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Agency Recruitment Management and a strong grasp of industry trends to inform strategic planning for B2B Sales in the Study Abroad space.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and train education agents to effectively represent and promote the brand.
Source and onboard agents through fairs, business trips, inquiries, referrals, and targeted searches.
Recruit international students through a B2B agency model (experience preferred).
Identify and nurture potential business partners while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
Conduct market and client research and engage with key stakeholders in the education industry.
Confidently deliver presentations, workshops, and host conferences.
Exhibit a strong drive for success and the ability to thrive in a quick-paced, target-driven setting.
