Profile - Senior Business Development Executive in Real Estate (Plots Sales)

Location: Haryana/Delhi (Sonipat /Kharkhoda//Rohtak)

Experience Required: 3–5 years in Real Estate Sales (with team handling experience)

Time - 10 AM to 7 PM

Salary - 35 -50k (with Incentives)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Senior Business Development Executive in the real estate sector, specifically in plots/land sales. The candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful project sales in the Haryana region/Delhi (Sonipat, Kharkhoda, Rohtak).

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for plot sales
Monitor team performance and provide regular training and guidance
Generate and oversee lead generation activities (digital, references, brokers, etc.)
Handle high-value clients and close critical deals
Conduct site visits with clients and support team members when required




Maintain robust relationships with channel partners and brokers
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for campaign execution and lead management
Ensure proper documentation and smooth closure of deals
Enrollment for Current channel Partner's

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in real estate sales, especially in plots/land sales
Robust leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
In-depth knowledge of Haryana/Delhi real estate market (Sonipat, Kharkhoda, Rohtak)
Ability to handle pressure and achieve aggressive targets
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Candidates with prior experience in managing a real estate sales team
Strong network of brokers/channel partners
Result-oriented and strategic thinker
Local candidates or those familiar with the Haryana/Delhi market
