Key Position Details:
Role: Ticketing Executive (Air Ticketing)
Company: Sharp Travels (India) Ltd.
Location: Mumbai (Dockyard Road / Goregaon East)
Experience Required: 5 – 8 Years
Industry: Travel & Tourism / Corporate Travel Management (TMC)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end Domestic & International air ticket bookings independently.
Manage reservations, cancellations, reissues, refunds, and itinerary modifications using Galileo CRS .
Assist corporate clients with travel queries and provide accurate fare quotes.
Coordinate directly with airlines and vendors for travel services.
Maintain accurate booking records and ensure superior service quality.
Requirements & Eligibility:
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Air Ticketing.
Mandatory: Proficiency in Galileo CRS .
Experience in a Corporate Travel Management Company (TMC) or Travel Agency.
Diploma in Travel & Tourism / IATA Certification (Preferred).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Immediate joiners will be preferred!
