Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site inspections for installation of insulators, conductors, clamps, towers, and
accessories.
Verify sag/tension calculations, stringing operations, and clearances against
approved standards.
Ensure compliance with project drawings, technical specifications, and
quality plans.
Monitor material quality – insulators, conductors, fittings, and hardware – before
installation.
Document and report non-conformities and recommend corrective actions. Assist in testing and commissioning of transmission lines.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental guidelines during construction.
Prepare inspection reports, checklists, and quality documentation for client/PMC review.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in 400kV / 765kV transmission line projects
Familiarity with TBCB projects and EHV accessories
Knowledge of ISO quality standards and electrical testing procedures
Exposure to renewable energy evacuation lines (solar/wind) is an added advantage
