Sales Manager – Real Estate

Job Summary

We are seeking a result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive revenue, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent market knowledge, and a proven track record in residential real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Manage lead allocation, follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, and sales closures.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversions.
Build strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and corporate clients.
Monitor sales performance, CRM updates, and prepare MIS reports.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities.




Handle customer escalations and ensure a seamless buying experience.
Be available to travel to the project site in Isnapur as needed, particularly on weekends, to support customer site visits and sales activities.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).
3–7 years of experience in residential real estate sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Positive knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market (preferably West Hyderabad).
Proficiency in CRM, MS Excel, and sales reporting.
Target-driven with excellent problem-solving abilities.
