Ground Operations, Vendor Coordination & Logistics

Role Purpose

This role owns the execution layer of the business.

You are responsible for ensuring that what is sold and designed is delivered on the ground calmly, precisely, and without surprises. This is a leadership role with accountability for systems, vendors, and people.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Delivery
Own ground operations across destinations
Manage vendors, contracts, confirmations, and timelines
Ensure logistics for bespoke and group travel run as planned
Anticipate risks and resolve issues before escalation
Maintain clean operational documentation and checklists

Vendor Leadership
Build and maintain robust, reliable vendor relationships
Set explicit expectations and service standards
Hold partners accountable to agreed deliverables
Evaluate and improve vendor performance over time

Team Leadership
Lead and develop the operations team
Set clarity around roles, responsibilities,



and ownership
Build systems that reduce dependency on individuals
Ensure calm execution under pressure
Be accountable for team outcomes, not just individual tasks

Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with Sales and Product teams
Ensure feasibility and clarity before commitments are made
Protect client experience through disciplined execution

Leadership KPIs
Consistency of operational delivery
Reduction in execution errors and escalations
Vendor reliability and performance stability
Team capability and independence
Adherence to systems, timelines, and processes
