About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound prospecting through cold calling and LinkedIn outreach, with a passion for generating current business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls to identify and engage prospective clients.
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach and other prospecting channels.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Qualify prospects based on business needs and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Research target companies and key decision-makers.
Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve lead generation targets.
Qualifications
Experience: 6 months or more in Sales Development, Cold Calling, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with cold calling and LinkedIn outreach.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with prospects and handle objections effectively.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
