Job Description: Multiskilled Technician

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Multiskilled Technician to support the maintenance and smooth functioning of equipment and utilities within our Central Kitchen, Banquets, and Catering operations. The role requires hands-on expertise across multiple technical areas including electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, and kitchen equipment.

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment
Handle plumbing repairs and maintenance , including water supply and drainage systems
Maintain and repair refrigeration units, cold storage, and cooling systems
Ensure optimal functioning of HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning)
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for kitchen equipment (ovens, burners,



dishwashers, etc.)
Respond promptly to breakdowns and minimize downtime
Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards
Maintain maintenance logs and report issues to the supervisor

Skills & Competencies
Solid knowledge of electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and HVAC systems
Hands-on experience with commercial kitchen equipment maintenance
Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to work under pressure in a rapid-paced workplace
Basic understanding of safety regulations and compliance

Qualifications
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
Certification in HVAC / Refrigeration is an added advantage
