Role Overview
This role is responsible for leading and executing sales strategy across the North region in India, with a focus on driving market penetration, customer engagement, and team development. This is a hands-on role ideal for a motivated sales qualified with experience in medical devices, capital equipment, and team collaboration.
Job Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution (Regional Focus)
1) Adapt and execute the north regional sales strategy to achieve or exceed annual targets.
2) Manage the end-to-end sales process, including pipeline development, tenders, pricing, and contract negotiation.
3) Identify and develop recent business opportunities across public and private hospitals within the region.
Team Collaboration & Development
1) Work closely with sales, service, and clinical teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
2) Support the growth of team members through coaching, knowledge sharing, and performance feedback.
3) Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs and contribute to a high-performance culture.
Customer Engagement & KOL Management
1) Build and maintain robust relationships with surgeons, procurement teams, hospital executives, and other key stakeholders.

Support robotic program development and foster long-term customer partnerships within the region.
3) Assist in engaging Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and advisory boards to drive clinical adoption and customer confidence.
Operational Collaboration
1) Partner with cross-functional teams including Service, Clinical, Marketing, Regulatory, and Operations to ensure smooth installations, training, and post-sales support.
2) Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to refine regional sales approach.
3) Provide regional insights to support broader commercial and product strategies.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in medical devices, preferably in surgical robotics, capital equipment, or related fields.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, clinical, service).
Good understanding of the North India healthcare system and hospital procurement processes.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant industry experience will be highly regarded.
