Job Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts, layouts, detailed drawings, and construction documentation in line with project requirements and applicable standards.
Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, 3D models, and technical details using industry-standard design software.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated and conflict-free designs.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, organizational standards, and project specifications.
Review design drawings and incorporate feedback from stakeholders, consultants, and project teams.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress,



verify design implementation, and resolve site-related issues.
Assist in material selection, quantity estimation, and preparation of technical specifications.
Support project planning by ensuring timely delivery of design milestones and documentation.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to address design clarifications during execution.
Contribute to design improvements, value engineering, and continuous enhancement of architectural quality and project outcomes.
