Role Description:
The Content Specialist (EdTech • AI) will create and manage educational content and other marketing/ commercial content.
This contract, remote role involves writing web and product content, lesson modules, playbooks, and micro-copy that supports our customers.
Day-to-day work includes collaborating with product, curriculum, and marketing partners to structure content flows, refine messaging, and maintain a consistent voice and visual theme across the platform, website, and companion materials.
The Content Specialist will adapt complex AI and domain concepts into explicit, accessible learning experiences, support content updates based on user feedback and data, and contribute to education and enablement materials for customers.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including transparent written and asynchronous communication and ability to work with distributed teams.
Experience working in Canva, audio production, AI-tools for image, video and audio production preferred

Candidates should possess web content writing and general writing skills to produce concise, engaging, and learner-friendly materials.
Candidates should possess content strategy skills to plan curricula, learning journeys, and content structures aligned with product and program goals.
Candidates should possess content management skills to organize, update, and maintain digital content across platforms and repositories.
Experience in instructional design, or curriculum development, ideally for adult learners.
Familiarity with AI concepts, startup frameworks, and accelerator programs, with the ability to translate them into practical, non-theoretical guidance.
Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment with evolving products, using collaboration and project management tools.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Education, Marketing, Business) and/or equivalent practical experience.
