Interact with business customers for basic recent requirements and issue analysis. ·
Regularly monitor all logged issues.
Plan and prioritize workload among team members. ·
Perform root cause analysis on issues in a large production workplace.
Assist in the development of work processes to ensure the proper and successful use of the applications.

Write unit and system test plans/specifications and perform testing. ·
Interact with project teams to ensure a smooth and successful transition to support after the deployment of recent applications or new major versions and adhere to all stated company policies and processes. ·
Good knowledge of PROGRESS 4 GL Version 10.x and above

Experience in customer interactions in requirement gathering ·
