Role Overview

The Project Manager – Projects is responsible for end-to-end execution and delivery of design and build projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to Zyeta’s highest quality standards.
This role requires a proactive and hands-on skilled who can manage planning, coordination, execution, and stakeholder alignment across multiple project phases. The Project Manager acts as the central point of accountability,



ensuring that design, procurement, site, and vendor teams work in complete synchronization.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution
• Lead the end-to-end execution of workplace design and build projects from planning to final handover.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with Zyeta’s quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain robust coordination between design, procurement, site, and finance teams.
• Ensure project milestones, timelines, and deliverables are consistently met.
