About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Textile Designer to own and execute our design strategy across rug, pillow, and pouf categories for the U.S. market. This role involves conceptualizing and developing original design concepts,



creating embroidery patterns, textile prints, and graphics. This role combines creative leadership, vendor collaboration, market analysis, and people management. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in rug product development, solid project management skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior designers.

Working Hours: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s one-year textile design strategy aligned with business and brand goals
• Lead rug product development for the U.S. market from concept through production
• Collaborate closely with domestic and international vendors to develop CAD designs and assign colorways
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and timelines are met throughout development
• Conduct market research, analyze luxury textile trends, and identify emerging opportunities in global home furnishings
