Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis:
Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes for the site.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

Cost Control & Management:
Monitor and control site-level costs, including manufacturing, logistics, and overheads.
Analyze cost variances and implement corrective actions.

Accounting & Compliance:
Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing.
Maintain compliance with local statutory requirements and corporate accounting policies.

Internal Controls & Audit:
Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors for site audits.

Business Partnering:
Collaborate with operations, procurement, and other departments to drive financial performance.
Support CAPEX planning and ROI analysis for site investments.

Reporting:
Prepare and present financial reports to site and regional leadership.
Ensure timely submission of reports to corporate finance.

Qualifications
CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
10–20 years of experience in finance
