With a strong presence across infrastructure, industrial, government, and EPC sectors, we are expanding our sales operations and are looking for a energetic Internal Sales Manager to lead our Internal Sales Department.

Position Overview
The Internal Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the Internal Sales Team and ensuring timely, accurate, and qualified handling of customer enquiries, quotations, tenders, customer communication, CRM management, and order coordination.
The role requires excellent leadership, commercial acumen, technical understanding, and the ability to work closely with customers, field sales teams, design, estimation, production,



planning, purchase, dispatch, finance, and management.
The primary objective is to improve enquiry conversion, quotation quality, response time, customer satisfaction, and sales efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Lead and manage the Internal Sales Department.
Recruit, train, mentor, and develop Internal Sales Engineers and Executives.
Allocate enquiries and monitor workload distribution.
Conduct daily review meetings and weekly performance reviews.
Build a performance-driven sales support culture.
