Cognita Cybernetics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a confident and experienced Inside Sales Executive to support our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, lead qualification, appointment scheduling, and maintaining robust relationships with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients, including hospitals, clinics, and other businesses.
Introduce the company's AI-powered ERP and software solutions.
Qualify leads based on business requirements and identify key decision-makers.
Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the Business Development team.
Conduct regular follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain and update lead information in the CRM
Coordinate with the Business Development team regarding customer requirements and meeting schedules.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent outreach.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and appointment targets.
Maintain professional communication and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
3+ years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or Business Development.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Prior experience in B2B Telecalling, Software Sales, ERP Sales, Healthcare IT, or SaaS is preferred.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with business decision-makers and senior professionals.
Good knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Nice to Have
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Candidates based in Kerala are preferred.
