Role Purpose
To lead and manage service operations across India, ensuring productive execution, customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and profitability. The role involves strategic oversight of O&M; activities, service delivery, team management, and coordination with sales and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Service Operations Management
Oversee end-to-end service operations and O&M; activities across multiple sites in India.
Ensure timely execution and 100% on-time delivery of service/work orders.
Drive service contract renewals and expand service business opportunities.




Monitor service KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Customer & Key Account Management
Manage key customer accounts and maintain solid relationships.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and develop lighthouse references.
Conduct periodic customer reviews and performance discussions.
Address escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Financial & Commercial Management
Drive revenue realization and ensure timely collection of receivables.
Monitor budget vs actuals and optimize operational costs.
Ensure recurring revenue collection without penalties.
Support contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial discussions.

Team & Resource Management
Lead and manage service teams, including site personnel and regional teams.
Ensure effective manpower planning and mobilization for O&M; sites.
Coordinate with manpower suppliers and contractors.
