Job Summary
The Supervisor – Boys Hostel Warden is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning, discipline, safety, and welfare of students residing in the boys' hostel. The role involves supervising hostel operations, maintaining student discipline, coordinating and creating a safe and supportive residential environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the boys' hostel.
Ensure discipline, safety, security, and well-being of hostel residents.
Maintain hostel attendance, occupancy records, and resident documentation.
Address student concerns, grievances, and emergencies promptly.
Monitor housekeeping, maintenance, and cleanliness of hostel facilities.




Coordinate with security, transport, medical, and administrative departments as required.
Conduct regular room inspections and enforce hostel rules and regulations.
Organize student engagement and welfare activities within the hostel.
Prepare reports related to hostel operations and incidents.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience working in educational institutions, colleges, or universities.
Solid interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to handle emergencies and student-related issues effectively.

Ability to work versatile schedule, including weekends and emergencies when required.
